Overiew
The Building and Civil Engineering Department at the National Instructors’ College Abilonino (NICA) is a hub for training competent instructors and skilled professionals in construction, surveying, and civil engineering works. The department focuses on producing graduates who combine technical competence, innovation, and pedagogical skills necessary for Uganda’s growing construction and infrastructure sector.
