In pursuit of its vision and mission, the attitude and conduct of the Governing Council, management and all staff of the College will at all times be guided and bound by the following core values:

In executing its activities, the College shall adhere to high professional teacher and instructor education standards, in a fair and consistent manner. Consequently, the college shall:

In executing its activities, the college shall demonstrate high standards of academic excellence. Consequently, the college shall:

  • Establish a critical mass of qualified faculty and resources to meet instructional and research needs;
  • Promote innovative instructional methods that promote learning and serve a variety of learning styles;
  • Ensure accreditation and maintenance of accreditation for all its programmes
 
3. Skills oriented

The core business of the college is to produce graduates with innovative skills that will help them to survive in any environment in an effective and timely manner. Consequently, we shall:

The college recognises that the key to guide its survival and growth is the ability to be creative and bring out innovations both in the programmes portfolio and service delivery mechanisms. Consequently, the College shall:

  • Engage in continuous learning and innovation not only to keep up-to-date with modern research, teacher education and instruction practices, but also to be at the fore front in spearheading innovations in the subsector since we are the only one of the kind in the country.
  • The College will put in place mechanisms to ensure that new ideas are shared, adopted and/or adapted so as to contribute to the development and growth of technical teacher and instructor education in the country.
